We had come back from our holiday to find that our 11 year old Worcester combi-boiler had sprung a leak, severely damaging a teak filing cabinet and drenching the carpet. Ross said that he could order a replacement part and fix it, but we realised that this was our wake-up call and that if we wanted peace of mind, it was definitely time to invest in a new boiler. He recommended the Ideal Vogue Max, which I found had excellent reviews (including on YouTube), and because Heat Tech is an accredited installer, Ross was able to give us a fantastic 12 Year warranty! We also had a heating filter fitted and chose a really easy to use touch screen programmer for the central heating. It has been absolutely brilliant and we wish we had made the change years ago! We used to waste such a lot of water waiting for it to come through hot (the bathrooms and kitchen are on the opposite side of the house to the boiler) but now, within a few seconds we have really hot water, even in the winter! Ross did a really excellent job of fitting the boiler quickly and without any mess. We would highly recommend Ross and this fantastic boiler.

Ross has been servicing and taking care of our 10 year old combi-boiler for the past 5 years and we have always found him to be highly knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Two years ago we had a major leak and needed an urgent call out. Ross made a temporary repair and installed the new part two days later. Five months ago the boiler stopped working completely and we were worried that it may not be viable to repair it. Thankfully, he identified the faulty component and replaced it at a very reasonable cost. We know that we will need to replace the boiler with a more efficient one in the near future and will definitely be asking Ross to do this for us. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs an expert plumbing and heating engineer.

Great job here from Ross - new CH system. Excellent boiler, the heating is now great in my previously pretty cold 1930's bungalow, and the neatest pipes I have ever seen. Highly recommended - pics and comments all available.

What a gem is Ross. I was new to the area and read all these other helpful reviews before I contacted him for a boiler and gas fire to be serviced before we used it. Appointment that suited us both easily made but when a gas leak was discovered ???????? he rearranged his schedule to come and sort it out asap so that we weren't left without hot showers and heating for too long. Cleaned up after himself aswell too. His number is now securely stored in my contacts list in case of any future issues.

Ross came to do a boiler maintenance on our boiler to satisfy my home insurance. He really did a professional and thorough job beyind my expectations and he was very easy to talk to. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and I would recommend him to anybody.
